Everything your dashboard doesn't show you.
Real-time data from deep inside your N — engine, transmission, suspension, thermals — decoded and displayed live.
Live Engine Data
RPM, boost, intake temps, oil temp — updating 100 times per second.
Wireless & Hidden
Plugs into the CAN port under your steering wheel and disappears. Your phone is the display.
Session Recording
Record every drive with full CAN-speed data. RPM, boost, G-forces, temperatures, gear changes — all captured at 100Hz.
Your drive, frame by frame.
Octane Learning Monitor
Learning: 87%Your ECU constantly adapts to your fuel. KDMLink tracks octane learning in real time — watch your boost targets climb as the ECU confirms premium fuel.
Fuel Quality: Premium Confirmed
“I already have an OBD scanner.”
KDMLink connects directly to your vehicle's high-speed CAN network — not the slow diagnostic port. That's how we get 100Hz data that OBD scanners physically can't.
Generic OBD-II Scanner
- 1–2 Hz update speed
- Diagnostic data only
- No Octane learning
- Basic telemetry only
- No N mode readout
KDMLink
- 100 Hz update speed
- Direct CAN bus access
- Live octane learning
- Enhanced performance telemetry
- Full N mode readout
Two minutes to install. Zero wires to run.
A small plug-in module and a free app. That's it.
Plug In
Snap the KDMLink module into your vehicle’s CAN bus connector. No cutting, no splicing — a simple plug-in harness behind the dash. Takes under two minutes.
Stream to Your Phone
Data streams wirelessly to the KDMLink app on your phone. The module taps directly into your vehicle’s performance network.
See Everything
Live gauges, graphs, session recording, and full N mode tracking — all updating in real time on your phone.

Compatibility, setup, data access, RaceChrono support, and privacy.
KDMLink is built specifically for Hyundai N-series vehicles: the Veloster N, Elantra N, and Kona N. That means 2019-2022 Veloster N, and 2022+ Elantra N / Kona N, in both manual and DCT.
The Veloster N is fully validated as our primary development platform. Elantra N and Kona N support is rolling out through beta validation. This is not a generic OBD scanner repurposed for everything. It is purpose-built for these cars, which is exactly why it can read data a universal tool cannot.
The device taps into your car's C-CAN bus through a plug-and-play T-harness at the SAS connector. No cutting, splicing, or permanent modification. From there it talks to the KDMLink app over Bluetooth Low Energy. Open the app, select your vehicle, scan for the device, tap to connect, and you are live. It auto-reconnects on future drives, so after first setup it just works.
On N-series cars, the OBD2 port on pins 6/14 only exposes the diagnostic D-CAN bus. The real-time performance data broadcasts on a separate C-CAN bus that never reaches the OBD2 port. KDMLink physically taps the C-CAN bus, which is why it can surface 84+ live signals your scanner simply cannot see, including boost, per-wheel speed, suspension mode, N mode settings, steering angle, and more.
Real-time telemetry decoded at up to 100Hz, including engine RPM, accelerator position, boost/MAP, coolant temp, per-wheel speeds, steering angle, lateral and longitudinal G, yaw, gear position, drive mode and N Custom settings, suspension mode, ESC status, battery voltage, TPMS, and more. There are 84+ decoded signals in total.
KDMLink speaks RaceChrono's DIY BLE device protocol, so your live CAN data flows straight into RaceChrono alongside lap times and video. You do not have to manually configure channels. We provide ready-made config files so it is essentially zero setup. RaceChrono's standard OBD2 mode will not get this data because the broadcast frames are not available on the OBD2 port. That is exactly the gap the KDMLink hardware fills.
No. KDMLink is a one-time purchase: $129 for the hardware plus the app. No recurring fees, no paywalled features later.
The connection is a passive tap. It only listens to the bus and does not inject or alter any signals, so it will not throw diagnostic faults or interfere with how your car drives. It uses a non-permanent harness you can remove anytime.
Yes. The app is built in Flutter and runs on both iOS and Android.
Your data stays on your phone. Everything KDMLink reads from your car lives locally in the app. There is no account to create, no login, no cloud upload, and no servers collecting your driving data. We do not have a backend that stores any of it.
